It might not be very clear from those pictures though. I didn't do anything clever, just bought the kit from Raceline.

Nippon Denso Alt found on Daihatsu Charade among others pulley from Burton Power.

New Alts can be had from Brise if you have deep pockets.

Last question I think. What belt size have you used and what is its origin?

I have yet to measure up what size belt I need but this site is book marked for the day I do Not used them yet but they seem to have a decent range http://www.camskill.co.uk/m28b0s0p0/Cambelts_Auxilliary_B elts_Drive_Belts_and_Fan_Belts

Hi There

A 6PK belt is what is required, any good motor factor will be able to order one in. I use a local motor factor and picked up a belt the same afternoon.

Depending on the bracket used there will be some variation in length. I used some tape and measured the length round the pulleys, if you are plus/minus 15mm the tensioner will still be able to cope with this from its midpoint.
