Thinking ahead for when I get on with my Duratec install, I'm going to start making a smaller water rail for the back of the head - but need to make sure I've got the correct connections.

Connection wise I think the following is correct :-
Thermostat to rad bottom
'Back of head' to top of rad
Connection behind thermostat (bypass) to back of head
Small connection on thermostat body to bottom of header tank
Top of header tank to back of head
Temp sender in back of head

Does that sound about right?

What is the extra small red line from radiator to the top of the header tank?

I haven't got that, its a bleed from the radiator.

System self bleeds nicely without it.
