Can anyone see ay potential problems with my fuel tank pick up plumbing arrangment?

Oh Balls! Looking at that I've just remembered I forgot to fit the fuel filter in mine!

That confused me

'Why has he plumbed his petrol line into the rear brakes?'

So why position your fuel outlet at the TOP of the tank?
Or is it an injection system?
