is there a manual or is it an automatic choke on the pinto engine with twin 40 carbs?

just wondering if theres an easier way to start it on the cold

Should have a manual choke, most people dont coonnect this and relly on a couple of pumps of the throttle. I fitted a cable to mine only needed to pull it slightly
