I am trying to create the clio 182 look on my wife's clio and she asked for the 182 exhaust. As we both don't want to change the standard back box as we do not like the constant noise, i want to create something similar to the picture below.

So here are the questions.

Will something like this be restrictive due to not having a good flow at the tailpipes?
How much would it cost to make something similar to this in SS?
Can anyone in here take the challenge if i provide dimensions?
