I have installed a set of carbs from a Yamaha FZR 600 on a pinto that seem to work OK (limited testing so far). But there are two outlets that look
like overflow or fuel returns, question is what do I do with them?

I cant see the photos, but guessing your talking about 2 T pieces between carbs 1+2 and 3+4?
the float bowls are vented, just fit some hose and run them down out of the way, unsure with cars etc for your IVA test etc if you would need a catch
tank? but I expect someone else can advise on that

They look like heater pipes to me.
my ZX6 carbs had them. If they are just take them off and ignore them.

Tony is right on this they are overflows from the float chambers. Best to vent them somewhere safe.
They certainly appear to be the wrong side to be vent tubes and the right side to be float chamber vents as said. What's wrong with a little petrol dripping onto a hot engine?
