BE careful. Some polo rads are bigger. I nearly brought one that was 29" wide

I was thinking that but someone on here told me (sorry cant remember who) that they had a polo rad coping with 240hp iirc. Mine is 225hp.

i know quite a few race teams using fireblade engines and these rads keep them perfectly cool, i run a zetec with this rad and its spot on, sits in traffic, fan switches in and out, never overheats

i think i will try one out, will get a full alloy one as i should be seeing over 300bhp. The escort rad takes up more room so getting boost hoses past it is a big no no....

270 BHP in my kit car and no problems with the Polo rad keeping it ccol. Tested on road and track.

Edit: Got mine from AB performance so the right size one

Plastic end caps and an alluminium core. So yes standard rad as fitted to a lot of Polo's.
