after some info experiences with the accusump. after a rather expensive oil problem at rockingham im thinking about one of these. dont want to go drysump for cost and to be honest i dont think im a quick enough driver to need one. so has any body had one fitted and how did you find it. also how easy are they to fit. thanks rob

Ran one on Blackbird, (well known for oiling problems) and a Blade, on both occasions you could actually see it working if you knew where and what to look for during cornering.

Blade engine is out, busa in, accusump staying in, very easy install.

I have electric valve on mine, the early ones where known not to re fill very fast if you used electric valving, this as now been sorted on the later ones.

ran a manual valve on both but put the valve in a easy place to reach so could operate from the driving position,

got mine from think automotive,

easy to install jon above helped me advice wise on the bird back in 06,

12 was easy to,

ran a 4 pint system.

cheers

Direct from States, he is right the old electric valves where crap, this one fills as fast as the bird one did with manual valve, they flow well both ways.

Will dig paperwork out and invoice.

This is the valve you need if going electric, think its called "epc" always open for flow into accusump, only allows flow back to engine if the pressure engine side of it falls below 35psi. Clever.
