I am struggling to find the number on my Zetec E (silvertop Engine). Any clues?

Its on the edge of the gearbox flange IIRC

Exhaust side on the edge of the engine casing just above where the starter mounts.

Theyr hard to see as they arnt stamped very deep.

Was a little bit hidden after being painted. Knew I had seen it somewhere

just what i needed... never even saw those there.

I found that most of my numbers were missing. Don't tell anyone ... but I made mine up!
