Electronic speedo for marlin roadster

Im after an electronic speedo for a friends Marlin roadster, the car is based on a marina 1.8 - 4speed gearbox.

This is exactly the same look as the mechanical speedo thats already fitted :

Question is, what else do i need to fit an electronic jobbie instead of the current mechanical one as the speedo cables aren't lasting very long. I understand that i need a kit to fit magnets to the propshaft but do these come with the speedos ?
Also, does anyone know where to get the speedo any cheaper than Merlin ?

Cheers Andy
