Parade of Power

Hi All,

well tonight they had the annua parade of power in wellingborough. Basically they close the inner town roads and make a cicuit that muscle cars and alike proceed to drive aroung and try and make everyone deaf!

ell I recently treated my self to a new camera, and went to try it out (nikon D40)

Attached is a link to the photos

isnt it a camero? i agree if all towns did this the underground boy racer scene would be policable instead of forcing anyone with an inspiration of individuality (whether it be in a saxo or a seven) to go somewhere where the minority of idiots are aloud to run riot and cause the modified car scene to go even less mainstream and more dangerous sorry about that, rant over

Nice cars mate.

If you want them sharper you need to set the speed a fair bit higher (though the light may have been too bad) and let the camera adjust the exposure. There's probably a sport setting which would do the job for you, but if you can get the hang of it manually it will make for better sharper pics.

Hi Neil, I'm suprised we didn't see you. You've actually got Trev d and myself in some of your shots. Picture 14, Trev in the beige top and me in the green top with vertical stripe, just to the right of the black Firenza.

The car was a achingly clean Z28 Camero, by the way.
