has any one had any dealings with gts

quick to take my money but not sent any goods
doesn't reply to calls or emails

He helped me round a problem I had which was much appreciated, but he was a little abrasive for some on here

did you buy with a credit card? just ring them and say that they have failed to send the goods and you want your money back.
Or go round there. They are in Longfield, kent - near bluewater.
I have never "ordered" anything, but i had my hubs drilled out by him and they were ready when he said they woudl be - then again, i went
and saw him in person...

Everytime I see these posts it makes me wonder how much money the guy is making and why the Credit Card companies have not reamed him in court yet.

Even trading under his alias's on eBay this guy and his company are shocking.
Only got my lights & hubs delivered after a protracted PayPal dispute. Made up Parcelforce tracking IDs, the guy is a joke.
And yet the number 1 link on this website points to his firm.
Yes, I am an agent of Satan, but my duties are largely ceremonial.

Just my 2p's worth, I built a complete GTS and although some of the bits were late, after a few phone calls, I recieved the bits.
So many people on here are jumping on the bandwagon of slating him, but his product is amazing - better than any I have seen on here (bar MNR
possibly).
He's a busy chap, and although that is no excuse for crap customer service, I wonder how many people have slagged him off without having any
dealings whatsoever!
I was very impressed with his company, and my finished car was amazing.
Just call him/email him, saying you're not impressed, but by being reasonable, you will get a result.
As with anything, it depends on how you approach him.
So many on here just dont have a clue!

He's not in Longfield, Kent anymore (just in case you were going to see him)
I'm at work so can't give precise details but it's between Ramsgate and Canterbury.
I have to say that apart from minor delays which didn't affect the build, my dealings with him were ok. He would take orders for things like
steering column with payment on delivery, not up front so no hassle there.
Patience and refraining from slagging off seemed to work in my case.
