CNC machining job, help needed urgently!!
Hi,
can anybody help within the next 10 days to machine two "sprocket cups" for me.
Here's a piccy of the type of thing, I have drawings on autocan and can email the dxf file. Its basically the "inverse sprocket" cup
part in the pic, but with 16 teeth instead of 14.

yea but only for 14 tooth. Smallest aprilia off the shelf sprocket is 15 tooth (std is 16t)
Cost then mounts up, cups from berrisford are £60 each, plus £45 each for custom sprockets, thats £210 +vat just to get the drive off the engines!
