Err I wouldn't like to say to be honest!
Mine are metal framed (the real MacCoy  )
have Oakley embossed on the 'nose bridge' and the Trademark 'O' on the upper corner of the left lens......
Mine are 'So last years model' though.....
I couldn't see the trademark 'O' on the lens in your picture though......is it there?

Edit to say....just looked again, and mine have 'rubber' bits that sit behind the ears, on one side it has Oakley (nearly rubbed off) and
on the other a serial/model number.
Have yours got any numbers on?

i took the rubber bits of for a safety strap
the oakley text and the o on the arms looks wrong to me also the plastic finishing seems below oakley standard....

the lenses look genuine, and the fact that they are removable sets them apart from most halfjacket copies i've seen. i don't think
anythning other than display lenses have polarised engraved in them though.
my m frames have made in usa embossed on the right arm, and m frame embossed on the left arm
i'm not keen on the oakley O on the arms though, and the black(paint?) looks very shiny and tacky.
the rubber bits should be sticky too. not like it's been dipped in treacle, but like really non slip.
i'd need to see them to tell you either way though.

Have yours got the 'O' at the top of the left lens (actually on it).
Mine also have a slightly elongated, but unmistakably 'O' on the arms, just before the hinge (lens side).
Did you get a case with yours? Mine came in a soft draw-string pouch with a large 'O' and the Oakley graphic with the 'R' in a
circle (trademark) just beneath the 'Y'

Having just looked at the Oakley range, I will have to agree with Tom. I think the only way to tell, is to see them in person.

The quality of the print on the nose bridge doesn't look good enough either - Oakleys are pricey, but you do get what you pay for in terms of
fit and finish.
I'd put a piccy of mine, but I snapped them whilst 'decending' Striding Edge at Hellvellyn last year

but they actually stop the wind, and work well at 100. i know a stone at them speeds may well kill you, but it's cheek flapping fun
after looking round a few websites, the cutouts on the ends of the lenses are wrong too. they should be horizontal, and straight, not the curve like
they are on yours. (the bit that engages with the frame)

I think they are not genuine. I have M frames as well and the quality seems much better, the letters different and the O logo different, too. If you
want to protect your eyes and really want to make sure that a flying stone won't break the optics, get a genuine one...

I've always been a bit blase about stones too, until I started autograssing!
Had a couple go clean through my 1.5mm NS4 ally panels on the car now, so minimum of MotoX goggles and mask for me!
Retro RWD is the way forward...........automotive fabrication, car restoration, sheetmetal work, engine conversion

thanks for the help guys, it was a spirit of the moment ebay purchase, the black lenses fit the frame but the 'extra' polarised lens the
one on top and the one on the right where bought after and do not fit the frame! I think i will return the frames and get a better sourced set! i am
inclined to believe the lens seller over the frame seller!

I would never wear sunnies driving my locost. As said, they wont protect your eyes when the lens shatters.
How about wrap around work shop safety glasses? I got some nice iridium lensed ones that I use whilst driving.
However, at this time of year with Autumn and Winter chucking bits from trees and up off the roads, it does make sense to use a full face
helmet..........
Heres a piccy of my Oakleys anyway.....not very good I know, too much glare, methinks. I do NOT use them for driving though!
