Odd, very odd..........
As some will know I put a Terrano/Maverick gearbox on ebay for sale, well its sold, its large its heavy ?
Sold it collection only, send invoice "cash on collection" guys contacts us says he coming too collect today before 2pm.
Our lass waits in for him, 2pm comes n goes so she calls him, hard too understand him (foreign chappy) but she thinks he said "I'm still
on train"
Anyway, arrived here in a taxi from train station 1/2 hour ago, pays for gearbox, manages too talk taxi driver into putting gearbox in boot and take
him back too station..........
How the eck is he gonna get that back on train ? Honestly no way can you lift it on your own, its 100% two man minimum lift just too move it a couple
of feet.........
Odd, very Odd.........

Here is the box in question, complete with transfer box I may add, sold for £215 which is the going rate, not ott but not a bargain.
I offered too drop him it off for £30 before weekend as he's at Stockport so not a million miles away........
Odd, very Odd.

You might get a phone call soon to rescue him from the station!!! £30 delivery should then attract a salvage tax!!!
Time to turn the phone off.

I'd certainly wait for his feedback before you give yours.
I can't imagine he'd be in the best of moods by the time he gets home.

I'd love to see the A&E report after he asks one of the station guards to give him a hand with his luggage.
