No, but the castors are decent and it rolls really well and fast.

I've got one made out of the bottom of a supermarket trolley. The castors are brilliant and the grankids can get it up to about 15mph 
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
