The second option.

For those of you who are to young or not capable of building a locost i give you the Second option. THE SINCLAIR C5.
I rebilt one about a year ago and loved every minute of it. You see, your bottom is about as high up as it is in a locost and you need no licence or anything. However, best not take it on a busy road or you will probably die painfully. I don,t think you could have more fun for so little money. A good one is about £300.

£300! I have got a book that says you can build a complete car for £250!

I've got one of those too, that Ron Champion fella must know some dodgy suppliers if he can build one on that budget
