They're great looking things - I particularly like the look of the BMW engine in the first pic, though having ridden a (clearly much newer) R1200GS, there's a bit of a quirk to get used to when you wind the throttle on (bike does a funny kind of twist/shudder thing).

I like flat trackers too - check out this site linky lots of articles on various specials worldwide

At least they do admit to emulating 60s UK.

Still not Tritons and the like though...

Seconded, think I sold mine for around £345 IIRC - mine was a bog standard 750 Fastback.

What do you guys think of this - more streetfighter than cafe racer:-

Streetfighter 4

He bought his brake hoses & lights from me & then spent 3 hours per light sanding, buffing & polishing the powdercoat off the rear housing of the light to bring it up to the finsih you see here! Won best streetfighter at the Lone Wolf Rally - his first show!

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

My favourite is the XV750 - this could be built for not much cash

Looks like the remains of a TL1000S that's been polished and chromed to death
