I've Got A Healthy Garden

Just found out, that although it's a bit overgrown these days, I must have a very nature friendly and healthy garden. This is because I've just found a Common Newt. For those who have never seen one.......
Common newt
Common newt

edit bit - They are not that big in real life, only about 2 -2.5 inches long, but oh so cute.

Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.

I used to catch them by hand in my mums pond, caught 100 in a couple of hours one day, then fell in

I eat to survive
I drink to forget
I breath to pi55 my ex wife off (and now my ex partner)

I had some in a rather damp rockery type area. Happy little fellas they were too. Long way from any ponds though, very strange!

I've been as pissed as a newt at times. Wonder where that expression comes from?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!
