My new tintop
It's a lot of car for the money. One careful owner then I got it.
Will it pass the IVA with the bonnet decoration?

Good luck !!
my 800 was the most unreliable piece of shite i have ever owned, the electics MUST of been made by Lotus
A real shame , as it went like stink, but broke down, badly, infact in two years of owning it, untill it caught fire, it had spent 9 months, in the
Rover dealers , who couldnt fix it
The fire. at least allowed me to live again

"What the hell is that on the bonnet?"
Methinks I've been watching too much American Hotrod.
Yeah it's already got loads of electrical gremlins but it was free and came with a long mot. I've still kept one of my mondeos as back
up. I think the Mondeo is a much better designed car. Smaller yet manages to have more interior room and Mondeos handle better and have better
brakes. I just fancied a change for a while.

I think the electrics were either made in China or by FIAT. Like fiats I wouldn't have another rover but they're both ok while they're
working.

Its a real shame with Rover, as i currently own a 75 tourer, and it really does what i want it to, it tows a caravab, it keeps all my toys in the
back (rc airplanes), plus the load area, is vast for an estate
Yet Rover, is not flavor of the year, and of course does not exist
Shame really, they had it all, and blew it

My boss gave me the red fastback 800 cos he's replaced it with a 75 estate V6. He had it only a matter of weeks before it blew the head gasket
which took the garage weeks to fix and cost a fortune. Whenever anyone talks about rovers it's always head gaskets and electrical problems. I
think they're basically good cars but with unforgiveable flaws. It's a shame they've gone to the wall but they should have sorted
the problems.

Second all that
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?
