nice weather for the time of year

dunno(or care)about the northerners but 10mm of snow stopped the underground trains here,what would happen if it really snowed?and as for the roads

fair crapping it down with snow here too. my mate in norwich says the town has come to a complete halt (some fairly steep bits in the city, it gets stupid in the snow)

We had 1/2" of snow here in 1997, it lasted ages - well till about 11:00am
