OT My nearly finished winter project

Thought this would last me all winter but we had such a crap summer I started early
1977 Suzuki GT250B
Spent 4 times more on it than it will ever be worth. Ahh! the smell of two stroke oil, lovely.
What next?

There's a Kawasaki 500 triple two stroke in my friend's bike shop completely original unrestored condition. The AJS brings back memories, my uncle rode one and I used to have a go round the estate on it when I was a lad.

Nice bikes everyone, makes me want to do another.
I will start looking in the new year, I can hear the darling wife groaning now I would love to get my hands on the H1 500.

Agreed, nice bikes

I've been restoring (well, it got put on hold wef 6/7/02, when I started building toy car) a 1977 GT500A

Was having trouble getting some of the bits like seat, rear mudguard etc

Originally bought to keep no-claims going but ended up doing some resto work on it - and spending a fortune!

Thniking of flogging the engine and chucking a diesel in it
