Doing my student bit at 40 years old, and at present finishing my finals and dissertation. and then I will have more time to spend on my Viento.
I am Studying Automotive Engineering and Transport Studies.

And my second job is

Manufacturing Engineer for a large company that produces gearboxes for big US trucks.

I'm a carer working for an old friend of mine who's severely disabled (on trachy ventilator 24/7, can't get out of bed or feed himself). Used to be a computer bod.

Office jockey working for a Medium size Logistics Company in Southampton. Was a Transport planner, am now working on imports, (general cargo - Flashy cars, Boxes of nuts - multimillion pounds lathe centres) bit dull really. Never ceases to amaze me what tat some people choose to import, we had a Ford Focus from America last week, nothing special, just basic model.

Estimator in a medium sized bodyshop, fixing about 35 cars a week, my car is made out of all the leftovers!!

I guy I work with knows someone whos not in too dissimilar state. Was an able bodied 30 something. Until he went to a pool party, and dived in shallow water. major spinal trauma ala christopher reeves.

Double figures of people do this in the UK every year. poor sod

I work at Magistrates' Court and do lots of exciting things like type warrants to send people to prison and deal with nutters at the counter!

I am a small group instructor, I teach urban squad sized combat tequniques and procedures to soldiers going on deployment. I also teach Building clearing, and urban defensive procedures.

It's a great job when people wee me off I just kill them with my "God gun".
