wrong - orange and blue are complementary colours; these are the ones on opposite sides of the 'colour wheel'.


they should clash but instead have a pleasing affect on the eye.

There was a Gary Fisher MT Tam bike in orange and blue that I regret not buying from the local bike shops but instead bought a pissy yellow coloured one from the USA. (<-- that was my interesting complementary colour story, we all have one so do tell!)
