Can I just say this is the first time I have ignored this thread.

The way to ignor some think is to think of some think else.

A friend was trying to blot some thing out of his head (annoying song I think), as a solution another friend told him 'just don't think about the pink elephant'

It worked, but thought of a pink elephant drove him absolutly spare for the rest of the day.
