I've seen similar vehicals in the states used for traveling on swamps. Don't think much of the dual wheels, the should have a sufficiently wide gap between them or the just clog up with mud and ruins traction.

Going back to the origional quetion if the track rod is the right leght and has pivots in the right places then there is no reason that it should not suffer from bump steer.
