Hi,

Can anyone confirm the ratio of oil and petrol for a 2 stroke hedge trimmer?

Cheers

thats ment to be petrol:oil. Damn those smilies!

20 to 1 seems more popular:

apparently depends on the quality of the oil.

That's for my chainsaw. It also has this measurement on the machine mart bottle I use for mixing, very handy. Smells great as well.

Depends on your choice of oil, modern stuff is usualy 50:1

25 to will be tend to oil foul the plugs 50:1 is more usual these days.

It'll only have one plug.
This is a chainsaw but it works the same. It's only months old so it qualifies as nowadays I think.
