Hiya,

Was topping up the fluids in my 95 Audi Cabrio 2.6E and noticed this vacuum hose was only attached at one end behind the throttle. I can't see any obvious places for it to plug onto, can anyone tell me where it is supposed to go??


where does this hose go?

There are numerous things that will require a vacuum!!

I will however, stick my neck out and say that it attaches to an accoustic valve.

I bet the air box has 2 air feeds, one with a butterfly valve that operates off this vaccum take off to lessen induction roar at part throttle.
