hellbent345 - 28/6/09 at 08:15 PM

hahaha that is awesome, not to everyones taste, BUT it is very well finished and it is a labour of love, id be well interested seeing that at a show, not that id want one mind!
it looks a lot better than that vindicator fighter thing and the vindi family IMO

handyandy - 28/6/09 at 08:15 PM

i just don,t get why one would spend so much time & effort & end up with that ?????

a car = yes
a bike =yes
a bikecar = whats the point ??

I agree with ^^^^

It's not to my taste, I'd never want to own or drive it, but I do admire the effort he's put into it. A lot of hard work has gone into that.

LBMEFM - 28/6/09 at 08:25 PM

It's just down right wierd, nicely finished though.

g.gilo - 28/6/09 at 08:54 PM

hi
what a load of doomers?
i dont suppose most have ridden a motorcycle combo. fast but hard work,

unique and well finished, assuming the owner actually likes it he must be chuffed!

iscmatt - 28/6/09 at 09:02 PM

interesting take on a sideCAR! Doesn't look as bad as some are making out?? just something different...

Nash - 28/6/09 at 09:22 PM

So that's what happens when a bike and a little sports car crash into each other in just the righ way?

If you could choose to drive it from either the car or the bike, I'd like it.

Benzine - 28/6/09 at 09:48 PM

Thanks - that says a bit more & shows the guy has put some thought / humour into it: he must be used to the Marmite response by now...

Respect to him for effort, but I'd still rather have a trike.

I think it's an excellent thing! It's the sort of thing that most of us on here would like to be able to build, (but probably not own!) The skill it has taken to make impresses me. Rather than just flick through some catalogue or website and order a few bits to build something, this guy has started with nothing (apart from a perfectly fine motorbike!!) and made something special. I bet you won't see many of those in Asda carpark!!

speedyxjs - 29/6/09 at 06:08 AM

I think its cute in a strange sort of way

I think the problem I have with them is making a miniature ferrari or lambo shaped sidecar just feels 'wrong'.
It also feels like a wasted effort as with their obvious skills they could have created a 'proper' car for very little additional effort which we'd all go ooooooh over.

Used to work with a guy who raced Laverda's at the weekend.
