well considering pipercross charge an absolute fortune for there kit i decided to have a go at making my own back plate. took me a couple of hours to
do the template and cutting but i think it looks alright, just got to do an airbox now
im quite chuffed with myself.

if real CF, used a jigsaw (very carefully) and a file. 10mm drill bit for the holes.

i think i got between 5-10 splinters and man they hurt!
claire i have the measurement for the inlets on mine if you want it
claire, are you going to do a mould with a slanted inlet?

Stick with a foam filter....will flow much better than an airbox with a single small inlet.
