Very off topic so apologies in advance...

Some of you know that 5 years ago I started my own business by buying into a Franchise to be a letting agent.

A couple of months ago we entered a competition - The Estate agent and Letting agent awards 2009. The awards are based solely on customer satisfaction surveys and we won the Bronze award in the Grand Prix (i.e. third in the Country)
