TPG - 2/4/09 at 06:27 PM

Late wedding present?

eznfrank - 2/4/09 at 06:28 PM

Is it your first Alfa? I'm just about to buy my third, yes they can be a pain in the Arris but well worth the effort. Just keep up with the service schedule and check for any recalls/amendments (unlike I did and landed a slipped cambelt!!)

ruskino80 - 2/4/09 at 06:32 PM

mark did you ever here anymore about the seat that collapsed?

mookaloid - 2/4/09 at 06:53 PM

Second Alfa - first was a GT which got written off - hence Mr ruskino80's question .
Hi Rich - no never did hear any more. I have since thought that as the impact was so severe many manufacturers seats might well have done the same

old thread with crash pics if anyone is interested

andrew.carwithen - 2/4/09 at 07:17 PM

Lovely 159 you've got there.
What engine has she got?

roadrunner - 2/4/09 at 07:18 PM

We are all here ready for when the problems start to occur
Nice car though.
I'm a true car nut, never had an Alfa, and i dont think i will own one, i love to drive and owning one means possible problems, IMO.

mookaloid - 2/4/09 at 07:41 PM

Excellent cars (but DERV?).
And when (not if!) you want to borrow AlfaDiag, I have it on my lappy!

Sorry about the diesel bit - I know

I would like to say don't worry I won't need the AlfaDiag but I have a feeling we might be meeting up in the not too distant future for some quality fault diagnosis bonding time

Wouldn't be an Alfa if it didn't go wrong some time
