Actually, in this case I think they are real...there is a complete series of this incident..some quite gory, but all seem genuine...IMO

it looks like it came from the sky.

how else is there no frontal damage, but to much damage to rhs roof area?

Steve, I'd be skeptical too on the basis of that one picture...however, when you see the full set from the incident it's hard to imagine someone faking so many pictures so well.....

I think the guy should have used a roof rack! Would have been a lot less messy!

The car actually rolled onto an innocent herd of deer grazing along the embankment. Note the mess on the roof beside the deer.
