rear ends!
anyone care to post pics of their rear ends? (cars, you deviants! )
im looking at fitting the rear lights today and cant decide on how to do it.
i have 6 lights, individual stop/indicate/fog/reverse. im either thinking all 6 in a straight line, or in a v shape following the lower line on the
back of the arch.
some inspiration pics would be nice
cheers!

No digital camera but I did mine in a straight line and it looks good. Make sure that the lower edge of each lamp is more than 350mm from the ground.
More than 350 gives you room to lower the ride height if you want to or to fit different wheels / tyres.
Set your ride hights before fitting your lights!
PS. My number plate is in line with the lights and so the number plate light is a bit higher.

I went for the V shape layout
Definitely, far and away superior layout in my humble opinion of course!

Here is my back end!
Fog and reverse mounted on bracket. Later will transplant fog to a round one in centre above no. plate. Cant decide where to put reverse
yet.

not done mine yet - but FWIW I prefer the 'V' layout... where are your reflectors ? they may add an influence to the layout ?

V layout for sure - fits the back of the car so much better.
Will depend on your lights though.

Hicost - looks good enough from the front, but a picture from the back might be appreciated. Probably even more so it the car lights were visible
too

i went for outsides in a line, in twin pods, and fog/reverse slightly lower in seperate pods.
the reflectors help to fill the triangle under the indicator/side housing.

Tom, which lights did you use as they are really clear and bright, even in the sun.

they're the SVC led ones. at £135 a set (with twin CF look pods), they're not the cheapest, but a damn sight cheaper than getting rear
ended because someone missed your brake lights.
i'm still not publicly declaring the reflectors though.
