I think he has obsessive compulsive disorder.
Probably not going to register it for the road due to potential for damage. So what's the point? It's nice, but I don't get it.

I know it's a fine piece of work, and very impressive, but I can't help but think that the man's missed the point of building a
seven-esque car - TO DRIVE.
That car is never going to be blasted along some twisty country lane, with the driver scaring himself silly and having a great time - it's going
to be stuck in some garage and brought out for occasional "look at my flashy car" rallies.
I'd rather have something to drive...
...still, what ever rings your chimes, I guess.
