I am TOTALLY geeking out right now!

I received my latest purchase from Amazon yesterday. I am all sorts of ready for some light reading! Several people recommended this book.

I almost bought that one too, but I got the Engine Builder's Handbook instead. I'm more interested in supercharging but the Turbo book may be on my list for my birthday.

So does the SC vs TC debate range up there with the CEC vs BEC?

I'm leaning supercharger for a couple of reasons.

  1. FlakMonkey has already done it and it works well. Plus he left a very detailed build diary for me to follow. So for that I thank you FlakMonkey
  2. Supercharging "seems" to be less complicated to install as I don't have to fiddle with the exhaust system
  3. I love supercharger whine

I have a copy of that too, bought when I was doing my duratec. Nice and simple if you have basic maths and physics understanding.
