I just finished my own little trailer. If caravan chassis it would have a plate on it some where. Mine says 1100 Kgs max and car is less then 700
Kgs.

Why do I have to make the tools to finish the job? More time then money.

I bought a caravan chasis for my locost project from a place that breaks caravans.
I think I miss calculated when I measured up and ended up with a absolute monster of a chasis.
It only just squeezes into the garage I rent from the council and thats with me unbolting the hitch fro the front of the chasis.

I did aswell. Got the chassis for next to nothing. Works very well. All steel chassis and iirc it said on the chassis plate 1500kg.
