Windscreen

Not that I'm remotely near this point or anything but it pays to think about it before you do it normally

Is there a car with a windscreen small enough to suit a locost? I just don't like the flat screens, I would like one that has a slight curv across it with more of a curv at the ends kinda like this old Wolseley 16/60 . But I'm not sure of the size of it. Rescued attachment wol-1660-jr.jpg

Obviously I'd have to fabricate up a frame to suport the screen and get one with the proper markings and standards.

the sylvas use the lotus elan screen.

I've occasionally wondered if a mini windscreen could be made to fit... the width would be reasonably close anyway.

Laminated screens can be cut to size if thats any help , saw it done once . One side of glass was cut then lighter fuel poured into cut and lit then second side cut . Don't think it would work if I tried though, glass cutting is an art.

It's just a thought at the mo, Remember I'm building an extra wide one! I'm not Exactly sure How wide the windscreen needs to be yet but would still like to gather the info, If you know what I mean
At the mo. hub face to hub face at the rear is 1700m, so I'm expecting overall width over the wheels to be about 1830 ish. But it won't be that wide at the scuttle, proble more like 1500 ish.
