If you put the front mudguard on it would look as good as the red one .

that was on the day of the macclesfield show too

fortunatelywhen it was photographed and the picture was used in the which kit article about the show they took the piccy from the other side lol

Why did you park next to a locost????

Cheap in what way - £/bhp?
In my book that means good value and better sense.
A basic service on the red one will cost more than most locosts!

I bet you could give the Ferrari a good run for its money on the track. Less to damage if you have a big off. Easier to repair. In my mind the locost looks good against that common red.

All very well - but given a choice which would you take

locoboy - 10/9/04 at 01:46 PM

the one i have got

less chance of it being f*cked up by kids if you park it in town

easier to insure

more fun to tinker with

its been personalised by me

and every other road user doesnt think your a cock just because of what car you drive

In fact the picture was taken in a garden centre car park and the lady who was driving it was trying to get enough plants to fill her semi detatched sized conservatory into the rather limited load carrying space - i made a small remark about it being a nice motor but not actually being a practical vehicle for going to the garden centre and she looked at my car and said whilst waving a wrinkled over uv exposed hand at my pride and joy

"thats a smaller boot than mine" and sniggered, - bitch!

i couldnt think of a suitably un - offensive comment to come back with so i left it at that. After backing out i just dropped the clutch when pulling away leaving her and her poxy house plants with a light covering of gravel!

DarrenW - 10/9/04 at 02:14 PM

I would choose the locost for same reasons.

Sounds like you had the final word - nice one.

I cant believe she took a Ferrari to a garden centre. Ill not complain about my wife abusing the family Mondeo now... Ooops - didnt mean to confess to having a Mondeo!

Id prefer the ferrari.

you could sell it, build a very nice specced MK with it, and bank the rest

lol Steve,

Or of course a Morgan Edit: Darren, in fact i think she did have the last word but what it was i dont know, in all fairness i couldnt hear her for the gravel bouncing off the inside of my rear arches at the time, and i couldnt see her to lip read because of the dust

I agree with Steve - take the Ferrari, sell it, buy a cheaper Ferrari and a Seven of whatevertype takes your fancy, have money left to run both. Job done.

mackie - 10/9/04 at 03:47 PM

I'd take the Ferrari, sell it and buy a top spec Ultima GTR and a BMW 535d or something of that ilk.
I'd put the rest against my first house
