well just mite help some 1 on here to swage some tube like turbo pipes so rubber tube stays on the way its meant to on the cheap it has done fine on steel 38mm tube 1 pair of b&q mole grips and a exhaust clamp total cost £6.00 locost massive home made locost style pipe sw

Well I can see two pair of mole grips, so really am confused.
Any chance of an explanation?
I've had a hard day.

The bottom jaw of the molegrips has half an exhaust clamp welded to it, the other half looks to have a washer welded on. You lay the tube in the exhaust clamp & the jaw with the washer on pushes the inside surface of the tube into the "slot" in the exhaust clamp.
It's not gonna be factory finish & I would'nt want to keep up with a production line but for DIY projects like we're on with I like it, wish I'd thought of it myself!
