Wet weather attire
Having recently purchaced a Roadrunner SR2 I'm keen to get out there and drive it on track. But this is England, so a wet trackday could happen
at any time.
So what clothing have you gone for to keep yourself walm and dry, what have you found works well for you?

Pop down your local motorbike shop and get an all in one suit, the only problem with these is you get wet from your sweat if you get a cheap plastic
one like mine, it cost around £50, just pull it over all your clothes when the weather breaks.
Also drill a hole in your seats to let the splashed water out or you will end up bathing your nuts!

In summer I just use normal water proof jacket and trousers, in winter I will use my motorbike textiles.

So bike shop but spend a little more than £50 for something which can breath a little. Oh and get the drill onto the seats
I dont want to be put off by a wet day thats all, just enjoy the different conditions. I have a pinlock visor which may come in handy..

I thought sevens would be rubbish in the rain but once I've got my helmet and water proofs on its really fun.

I read an article in EVO magazine which claimed a sailing jacket (with high collar) works well in a kit car if you don't want to go with the
whole motorbike overalls and full-face helmet thing.

It's Mazda on Tracks/Nick D's old car. I'm sure you've all seen it.. Orange and green..
Thanks for the answers on the wet weather gear folks. I'm sure the immersion suite would work very well, though maybe a little overkill perhaps.
If I was to do a lengthy roadtrip I may consider one though.
The Uber Monsoon Oversuit looks good though, that's more inline with what I was thinking of getting.
