Is it a part from some kind of oil pump/distribution manifold?

I feel sorry for the poor sod that had to design the tooling to cast that!

Yes i have excavators so can see where connectors would be moved by by levers probs and gears must have a shaft through it came with a lot of mini spares but that is a curve ball would like to sell it but need to know what application it has
