Now that's an incredibly pretty car.

Looks similar to the MEV Replicar.
Why do they call Port Harcourt "The Garden City"?...... Becauase they can't spell Stramash.

They bought one on Chasing Classic Cars on Discovery. They went racing it up a hill climb. They have a lot of nice cars on that program. I think it
packed in if I recall, but they got it going again? Head gasket maybe on the Coventry climax engine.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Shame there isn't a modern engine as short as the Climax. The Replicar bonnet sits too high for me.
I guess you could use a flat 4?

Is this still true - I thought there were some new MOT regs that say "if it don't look like a duck, and don't quack like a duck,
then it ain't a duck!" ?

I'm building a Ribble, all it needs is a rebody inspection to check that the chassis is unaltered and the engine number matches the V5. An
amazingly the inspection is the sum total of....wait for it......Free, yes you heard right, a service from DVLA that's free! wont last :-)

It should be registered as a re-body so the V5 reads right, IIRC, but otherwise the original chassis is unaltered and therefore no IVA.
