Where to get Brass Channel Section
I'm making a new windscreen surround for my Austin 7 and need to source around 1 metre of 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/16" brass channel
section.
last time I bought this from Smiths Metal Centres but although still available the cost for 1 metre is £43.81 + £18 Carriage + VAT which brings the
overall cost to £74.17 which seems a lot for just under 1/2 Kg of material.
Are there any other suppliers who would send by post (or are around Maidstone) who stock brass channel?

what year is it, and have you got pictures?

It's an Ulster replica registered 1929 although it incorporates parts from a variety of years.
