The recall for the auxiliary cooling pump for the turbo, not too sure I'll be phoning the main dealership monday.
I'm not ready for the old farts one yet although I do love driving it, maybe a few years down the line I will buy a bag of werthers and pick up
a jag.

Had the older supercharged one. Always preferred them over the turbo TBH. But it was great fun, most 'haters' have never driven one...

Confused but excited.

IMHO only, I think John Cooper is turning in his grave at generating speeds. I say that because the first JC mini was beaten around the local track by
a little diesel Skoda.
On the plus side it looks well and has the bigger wheels that the original 'proper' mini always should have had.
Again just my personal views.
Bottom line, if you like it and are happy with it, nothing else matters. So well done that man.
Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

I don't give a crap what anybody thinks. My wife has a cooper s, and it goes like stink and it is fun to drive. It also does very well at
autoslalom. What more do you want?

I also think that there is a bit of what the Aussie's call the Tall Poppy Syndrome going on here. Can't have a successful British
industry. Goes against the grain.
