I borrowed a set from a local mechinic, he had a universal set.
UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

I used same method, cheapy old spare socket, tight fit over the external, hammer it on, then weld it up, the shock and heat will help to free it
should it be done up tight
this is one of them jobs when your glad of that box of old crap knackered tools that you keep under the bench
you do have one of them boxes dont you? LOL
heavy is good, heavy is reliable, and if it breaks, hit them with it

Most emergency locking wheel nut removal tools will only work with an impact gun.

So many options! Get some hex bar, drill holes down the ends to match the pattern and stick rivet pins down them. Job's a good'un?
Weld on a nut?
Wack on a socket?

They tend be all be different between 'sets' so the pin holes won't all be same from car to car. Smack on a socket, undo it.
Replace it with new set.
