Never seen that name before
Rickman was a manufacturer of motorbike chassis in the 70s. They also produced a couple of kit cars.

Bit off topic but can anyone id the bonnet bulge on that car for me, it looks just what I need to cover the V8 in my 944.
Perhaps a 1967 spartan would be a better buy
