I having got ripped off in the past into buying low quality after market void bushes I am about to rebush the on of one of our Rover 75 using
polybushes bought off a Bulgarian seller on eBay .
The two part design is a hard poly inner bush running directly in a softer outer bush.
More than enough grease was supplied to grease the bush but looking at the design I would like to modify it by drilling the outer steel housing and
outer bush to take a grease nipple, but I don't know where to source enough of the puka polybush grease at a fair price.

I think red rubber grease is what your after, it doesn't do anything nasty to rubber components.
Some types of silicone grease might be ok too.
PowerFlex recommend Copper grease http://www.powerflex.co.uk/road-series/fitting-guides Bottom of article.
And so does this discusion http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=103584
Mmmmmm!
Yes Powerflex come with copper grease.
I use Smith & Allan. for all my oil and grease requirements.
Fully synth 5w-40 20 litres @ £3/litre.
Rubber grease @ just under £5 for 500g.
