carbon wrap ???

A while back i remember some lads on here used a certain type of carbon wrap ...think it was loco r1, but i cant remember the make of it, i know there is a few out there but dont want to get the worst one to fit. I have done a search but ive give up know

Yep, 3M dinoc is the best I've come across. I've searched about the net, but eBay seems to be cheapest with postage added. Just be careful you are buying genuine 3M stuff if that's what you decide to use as there is some cheap crap about claiming to be it and it's not.

Also interested in this i bought some arches there not the best finish so how hard would it be to wrap say my front arches or should i stick to paint and re-do them

It wasn't the wife's car it was my Astra wouldnt wast 3m carbon on an MGF

Its fantastic stuff to work with just apply a little heat to stretch it and it will cover all sorts of shapes did loads more on the Astra covered all of the silver interior trim, centre console steering controls the lot as well as all the exterior chrome but never got round to taking any more pictures.

I got mine from carbon mods and did all the panels on the car. Its cheaper than painting and easy to apply. For me I love the Matt finish too. I went for the metallic grey carbon weave. The artic white looks nice too.
