saw one of these in the car park at work, first i've ever seen on the road in nearly 20 years.
rare car

was genuine as it said jaguar on the tax disc.
then the driver came over and said he was from a firm that restore them and they've got 15........ yes 15 others in the workshop and all this
just 5 mins away from work. this one was all done bar being painted silver.
ohhhhh, if only my numbers would come up....
xj220
correct-a-mundo, a xj220 a beaut of a car. Remember a story about brundle driving at nardo in one for the promo vid putting in 3/4 lock to get it to go in a straight line at 217mph.
The XJ220 is still one of my favourite cars of all time!
I had posters of it and everything! I even managed to get an invite to a local Jag dealer who managed to get one in for an open evening and I was 17
at the time.... (Now I feel old)
Im Guessing it was Justin law? only company that look after them i believe
Ah... I was going to say Don Law Racing .....(Justins dad )
Fozzie
no deposit and half price...........bargin
i believe there were a few decent replicas around in the 90's? bit before i gotin to the car thing but this car didn't exactly break new
ground.
it had the engine from the metro 6R4 and really bad breaks. sounded like someone tried to feed 3 phase lecky through a domestic tumble dryer filled
with bricks and half dead cats. nice looking body though. my friends dad went on the waiting list, and sold it within a month and he didn't need
the money. aparently a pig to drive too.
